Our weekly webinars are a great opportunity to get first-hand interactive help. We cycle through the basics each month to insure new owners get the most out of their investment. Because the sessions are live, you have direct access to ask any question or be shown a specific example.
Because we know everyone will not be able to make each webinar or maybe the global time difference are not convenient, we record them and post in your private area on our website. We also keep a running list of common questions and answers posted there as well.
Email is a great way to stay in touch. We can exchange profiles, images, logs, what ever is needed this way through the support team. Each email is logged so nothing is lost. Our email addresses are provided on your purchase of MTP or one of the other products offered. We would love to just list them here on the website, but the amount of spam and malware makes that impractical.
